We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, bilingual team member to help customers at our garden center and with concrete equipment trailer rentals.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position, eligible for overtime during our busy season.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find what they need.

• Provide courteous, professional service in person and over the phone, including while assisting multiple customers.

• Register wholesale and rental customers, and enter their information into our system.

• Operate the register, handle cash, calculate totals, and accurately count back change.

• Assist customers with concrete equipment trailer rentals and guide them through the rental process.

• Help customers load purchases when needed.

• Check inventory, receive incoming orders, and keep the garden center and register areas tidy and stocked.

• Take initiative, complete daily duties without constant reminders, and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual and comfortable communicating with customers.

• One to two years of register experience and strong computer skills.

• Flexible schedule and availability to work any day of the week, including weekends.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Friendly, outgoing, polite, dependable, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask professionally.

• Able to lift and carry 40 pounds or more and stand or walk for extended periods.

• Comfortable working outdoors in Houston weather, rain or shine.
